Artist Voice

Our archive records authentic Telangana balladry, including Burra Katha, Oggu Katha, and Bathukamma songs. We collaborate directly with village storytellers and rural musicians to digitize audio recordings, transcribe regional lyrics, and preserve the living oral history of Telangana for generations to come.

Heritage

Indigenous musical instruments like the Kinnera, Dappu, Tota, and Banam are crafted using traditional regional materials and hand techniques. By cataloging instrument-making practices alongside song lyrics, we protect both the tangible craftsmanship and intangible rhythms of Telangana folk traditions.
